This has led to the following measures already being implemented:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A temporary 1.5% uplift to ILG fuel surcharges across Air, Road and Domestic services, effective 1st April 2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The introduction of an elevated risk surcharge by DHL on applicable shipments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The implementation of a \u00a30.15 per parcel emergency surcharge by DPD across all DPD and DPD Local services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The implementation of an additional surcharge on USA destined shipments by Starlinks of \u00a30.20, calculated based on the actual weight of each shipment, as an example a box weighing 0.35kg would be 0.35 x \u00a30.20 = \u00a30.07<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Additional Updates:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Changes to the ILG Fuel Surcharge from 11<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;May 2026:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Given the continued volatility, ILG fuel surcharges will increase by 0.5% on all service levels from 11th May 2026. Changes for DHL Express Exclusive Customers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A small number of clients ship exclusively with DHL Express. From 13<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;April 2026, DHL moved to a weekly, rather than monthly fuel surcharge review cycle.
