At ILG we are already busy preparing for the Q4 trading period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each year we see a busier peak than the previous year, and with the well-publicised pressures on labour availability, we are doing all we can to get ahead of the curve and secure the required resource to deliver a seamless and uninterrupted service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As such, I want to update you on several important matters:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Firstly, please click here <\/strong><\/a>to see a peak forecasting and promotional activity information pack. This contains important information about the Q4 trading period so I\u2019d be grateful if you could review closely. We know that this is earlier than we\u2019ve requested your data before, but our resource plans are largely based off of your forecasts, and with the current recruitment challenges, our agencies are having to act sooner than ever before to secure labour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your forecasts are crucial to us securing this resource as they are the basis for our recruitment strategy. As such, we ask you to return to us, by 17th July 2026<\/strong> your Q4 daily forecasts for outbound orders for e-commerce (by order numbers and units), and an indication of the required inbound for the period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finally, our HR, operational, executive and board teams team are working hard on our Q4 preparations to deliver the best peak for all our clients. Our industry continues to face unprecedented labour challenges, we will keep you updated with the latest developments and any action required from you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
