MORI launched in London in 2015 as an e-commerce retailer, selling baby and toddler clothes and accessories made from high-quality, natural materials from sustainable sources. Fulfilling MORI’s Trademark Attention to Detail<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Personalisation is in high demand in the baby and gifting categories. MORI was quick to spot this and had been handling its own fulfilment and personalisation, using a desktop embroidery machine. But with order volumes rising rapidly, the company approached ILG to ask how we could help them meet the burgeoning demand for their products.

MORI knew our pedigree in clothing logistics<\/strong><\/a> and gift fulfilment but were also looking for a partner that could manage the crucial personalisation<\/strong><\/a> and gift-wrapping stage. Attention to detail and reliability were paramount, as this stage requires products to be removed from their packaging, embroidered and then repackaged in pristine condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Outsourced Personalisation for MORI Customers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

MORI\u2019s delicate, signature fabric demands a lot of the personalisation stage of fulfilment. We drew up a plan to source the best machinery for embroidering onto any type of textile and to upskill our staff to handle the personalisation process<\/strong><\/a>. This stage sits between the warehousing<\/strong><\/a> and logistics services and is managed end to end, with our IT systems integrated with MORI\u2019s website back-end. This enables us to seamlessly see what needs personalising, with all the customer-selected details, such as the colour of the thread. Through this, we\u2019ve been able to pick up and expand upon the attention to detail that MORI has made iconic.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
