Setting up Little Green Radicals for Success<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

E-commerce has been Little Green Radicals\u2019 main growth area and is the focus for future growth. With this in mind, they were looking for a fulfilment partner who could grow with them on this journey, enabling their future success. A seamless IT capability was an important requirement and from the start, ILG\u2019s high-tech systems integration was highly appealing. Capacity and flexibility were key criteria too \u2013 Little Green Radicals needed a 3PL that could handle the increase in order volumes and manage the supply chain from start to finish with a high level of agility and reach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Fashion<\/strong><\/a> and Beauty<\/strong><\/a> fulfilment services are set up to react to the bespoke requirements of this sector. Flexibility and agility are fundamental attributes of this service and that means working closely with the customer and learning fast. The flash sale pattern was a case in point: we had to learn fast and adapt quickly but we now take these sales in our stride. Little Green Radicals gives us a prediction of the number of units it expects to sell and we ensure we are staffed to meet spikes in demand, shipping orders from both Poland and the UK.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Ongoing Growth Support<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Moving to ILG has given Little Green Radicals the warehouse capacity<\/strong><\/a>, technology and choice of despatch partners to manage its growth in volume and ensure the smooth running of its fulfilment supply chain. Overlaying this is our detailed personalisation: our warehouse experts add gift notes and optional gift wrap in various styles to meet the needs of individual customers, as if we were part of the Little Green Radicals team themselves. This has enabled growth in excess of 40% year on year in the e-commerce channel<\/strong>. Little Green Radicals has established a presence in a number of big markets, such as the US and Germany, and the stage is set for strong e-commerce growth around the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
