Key responsibilities include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>System administration, maintenance and support for deployed business facing applications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On-site hardware support<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remote support and troubleshooting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting internal projects as assigned<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintaining good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and 3rd party IT service providers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participating in the out-of-hours on-call support rota<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img (desirable)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ITIL foundation certificate (desirable)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>IT support and problem-solving experience across a range of technologies and solutions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience using and\/or supporting Warehouse Management Systems and Carrier Management Systems (desirable)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands on experience supporting, building and configuring Microsoft Windows based PCs, including Active Directory and MS O365<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience using IT Service Management \/ Helpdesk ticketing solutions (desirable)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SQL writing experience (desirable)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advanced Excel skills (data manipulation, working with CSV files and macros)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comfortable working in high pressure situations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Teamwork and collaboration skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer focused, can-do attitude<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good knowledge of business processes within 3PL \/ Logistics sector (desirable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The role requires you to be able to travel to ILG\u2019s sites in line with business needs, and
