This is a hands-on role where you won\u2019t just define requirements\u2014you will build, prototype, and iterate solutions to shape the future of our platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Working closely with engineering, product, and design teams, you will translate complex customer and business needs into scalable, intuitive solutions. You will play a key role in simplifying fragmented journeys, improving usability, and accelerating delivery through rapid prototyping and iteration.&nbsp; Key responsibilities include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Owning and managing a prioritised product backlog, aligned to CX and platform strategy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Running agile ceremonies and working closely with engineers to deliver high-quality outputs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Translating product vision into detailed epics, user stories, and technical acceptance criteria.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Building and iterating on working prototypes and front-end solutions to validate ideas quickly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Designing and improving end-to-end customer journeys, focusing on usability, performance, and scalability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identifying and reducing complexity across systems, workflows, and customer touchpoints.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborating with technical teams to ensure solutions are analysis, or product engineering role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong hands-on experience with prototyping or front-end development (e.g. building working demos, not just wireframes).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solid understanding of agile delivery, backlog management, and working closely with engineering teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to write clear, detailed requirements that translate effectively into technical delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience using tools such as Figma, v0, or AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Claude Code) is desirable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong systems thinking with the ability to simplify complex processes and architectures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience improving customer journeys through data, testing, and iteration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exposure to logistics,
