Our customers choose ILG because our attention to detail across services like picking, embroidery and engraving adds something special to their brand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a Senior Operations Manager, you\u2019ll play a pivotal role in driving performance across the operation, working closely with senior leadership to deliver for our clients and continuously raise the bar. This is a hands-on leadership role where you\u2019ll influence how we operate, develop high-performing teams and make a real impact on service, efficiency and growth.  The key responsibilities are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Driving operational performance, productivity and service delivery across your areas of responsibility<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leading and developing management teams to deliver a high-performing, engaged operation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting wider site performance through strong collaboration with the senior team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitoring and improving KPIs and SLAs, taking action where required<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Driving continuous improvement and embedding best practice across teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting and delivering operational change to improve efficiency and scalability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuring Health &amp; Safety in a warehouse setting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience managing performance, absence and disciplinary processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resilient, adaptable and able to react quickly to challenges<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactive, solution-focused and able to \u201cthink on your feet\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communicator who understands the importance of customer service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Job Application Requirements &#8211;
