Getting Under the Skin of the Brand<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

By 2016, Bordelle had reached a point where the need to fulfil orders was impacting its capacity to grow the business. They began to look for a fulfillment partner that could not only implement the migration of its fulfillment to a new system, capable of managing wholesale as well as e-commerce orders, but also maintain the high-end boutique experience through immaculate, branded gift wrapping and packaging. Following a recommendation, Bordelle approached ILG. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The implementation plan included the integration of different IT systems for wholesale and e-commerce orders, the personalization of dispatch emails and extensive training of the ILG warehouse team in the bespoke gift-wrapping and packaging<\/strong><\/a> that are so important to Bordelle\u2019s brand image. This included a \u2018know your customer\u2019 presentation by Bordelle to ensure the ILG team fully understood the product, the quality controls and detailed packing required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since working with ILG, Bordelle has gone from strength to strength, developing an e-commerce platform and selling in over 20 countries worldwide.
