Upcoming Public Holidays – UK and Poland
Please note the upcoming following public holidays in the UK and Poland:

To best support our clients and colleagues, please be advised of the following:
- Our Delivery Client Services Team will be closed throughout the long weekends.
- Our Fulfilment Client Services Team will operate skeleton coverage throughout the long weekends. Please reach out to your usual ILG contact if you would like more details on specific timings of this.
- The team will be contactable through our ticketing system at fulfilment@ilguk.com for time-sensitive requests only, such as holding/cancelling orders. If you already have a pre-agreed arrangement to communicate through Zendesk, we will be answering your urgent tickets there.
- Our warehouse operations may be open throughout the bank holiday weekends on varying shift patterns, depending on site. We will be dispatching orders, and our suppliers may be collecting from us throughout the weekend. If you need to make any urgent amendments, please contact the team via fulfilment@ilguk.com and they will do their best to assist.
- All other ILG departments will be closed throughout the long weekend.
- If you have customer service contacts that are based locally in Poland, they will not be working during the Polish public holiday, but our UK based team will continue to operate as usual as will all other ILG back-office functions.
No amendments to orders can be made once stock allocations are complete and orders have entered the packing area. This is to allow seamless service and we thank you for your understanding.
Please also be reminded that public holidays are not considered working days by our couriers, so we ask this is reflected in yours and your customers delivery expectations for any shipments dispatched over this period.
