If you express an interest in working for another department or you would like to understand the potential pressures that another department may face, there is an opportunity for you to work alongside that team. ILG have introduced Discovery Day, where we can arrange for you to spend a day working in a different team to understand and learn more about the various areas of ILG.
How does it work?
Once you have applied for Discovery Day and have spoken to a member of the recruitment team, we will look to organise a day with the department of your choice to work alongside the team.
