In 2023, Sabrina was given the Crystal Award at the World Economic Forum in Davos for contributions that make a tangible impact on improving the world.
Nick Vaus, Co-Founder & Managing Partner, Free the Birds
Nick is the co-founder of Free the Birds, an award-winning brand elevation agency that has developed campaigns for AVON, Sunday Riley, Charlotte Mensah, 100 Allies, and Compassion in World Farming. He has a wealth of knowledge in market dynamics, trends, consumer behaviour, category cues, and omnichannel considerations that affect businesses. He is extraordinarily passionate about the global issues of today and tomorrow, engaging in relevant conversations to help brands fulfil their potential through purpose.
Tom Ashley, Managing Director, ILG
As Managing Director of one of the beauty industry’s biggest logistics companies, Tom’s mission has always been to make customers more successful. He knows how important it is that a brand’s philosophies extend to their operational process. Among numerous initiatives, he is leading a project to make ILG a net-zero business by 2030, and supports a long-standing company program to create job opportunities for people with autism. His goal is to build a logistics company rooted in purpose, that values giving back as much as the brands they represent.

Jo is the founder & CEO of fashion brand with purpose Scamp & Dude. In 2023, Jo was named Entrepreneur of the Year by The British Business Awards and the brand recently achieved B-Corp certification. Scamp & Dude’s mission continues to be to create superpower-infused clothing that not only enhances your confidence and well-being but also fuels your desire to help others, transforming the world of fashion into a force for good. Aisling Connaughton, Sustainability Solutionist and Co-Founder of Cyd Connects
Aisling Connaughton is the co-founder of Cyd Connects, a strategic brand communications consultancy delivering social impact with an aim to create a purpose-led economy. By challenging clients to reorient their brand and communications towards good, she turns social responsibility into profitable, sustainable, long-term competitive advantage. Aisling has a Masters in Sustainability in Business from Goldsmiths London and is a guest lecturer at EADA Barcelona and Imperial College.
