This fast track programme will give you that opportunity by exposing you to special project work as well as studying for a formal qualification, so providing a firm foundation for a future management position with ILG

What will the programme involve?
This is a one year programme during which time you have an opportunity to study for a formal management qualification that is relevant to the business and our future aspirations. This will be funded by ILG. The exact nature of the course will be dependent on your previous qualifications and experience and will be agreed with you on appointment.
In addition, over the year, you will undertake a project as agreed in advance for presentation to the ILG Board. This will be something directly relating to the achievement of one of our business strategies and that will improve an aspect of our business, and what we do, it could be about our efficiency, our customer service or, perhaps, our marketing strategy. Most importantly, it will be something that you feel passionate about and where we agree you can add value.
What are we looking for from you?
To be considered for the programme you must be able to demonstrate that you are a business leader of the future. You will be driven, hardworking, confident and ambitious. A team player, with highly developed communication skills, organisational skills and an ability to quickly understand all areas of our business.
In addition, you must be able to demonstrate good literacy and numeracy skills as well as highly developed IT skills.
The rewards
Whilst on the programme you will continue in your current role with a £1,000 salary uplift to recognise that you are part of a management development programme. Your project will play a key part of your programme you may earn commission if your project results in a cost saving or increased sales to new or existing clients.
As well as the financial rewards, the programme will give you a broad range of business skills that will be the foundation of your future success.
The Future
During the programme we will be exploring your skills and capabilities, learning about where your natural talents are best utilised and making sure we make best use of those. We are an expanding business and so the future, whilst it is very exciting, it is hard to predict, what we do know is that on successful completion of the programme we would expect you to move into a management position.

The application process
If successful your start date may vary for example if dependent on your chosen course.

Following your application, if shortlisted you will be invited into a 2-stage interview process. For the first stage, you will be invited to a short interview with management / HR and if you are successful, you will progress to the second stage in the selection process. For the second stage, you will give a presentation with brief provided and have an interview with ILG Directors who will discuss your presentation, qualification, and career development plans in more detail.
Please note the cost should be no more than £1750 although you can subsidise any additional amount if you wish.
