Founded in Glasgow in 2020 by professional makeup artist Jamie Genevieve, VIEVE has quickly evolved into a spectacular success story. The brand’s relationship with ILG began in 2021 when it was still a fledgling company. Today, VIEVE is going from strength to strength, with fast-growing customer communities across the UK, Ireland and USA driving demand for its products both online and in premium stores. 

The Results

VIEVE on the High Street

Having built a loyal base of customers online, VIEVE has gone on to make its beauty products accessible to high street shoppers by stocking in selected outlets in the UK and Ireland. Supported by ILG’s expertise in fulfilling orders to wholesalers and retail stores, VIEVE products are now listed in Sephora, Space NK and Harrods in the UK, and Brown Thomas in Ireland. 

Reaching New Markets

Since moving its fulfillment operation to ILG, VIEVE has expanded its portfolio to over 300 products, increased sales threefold, entered new overseas markets, and grown its presence in some of the world’s leading premium beauty retailers. All this in little more than three years — thanks in part to the strength of VIEVE’s partnership with ILG, which has enabled the brand to flex easily to meet rapidly changing demands.

While VIEVE continues to enjoy huge popularity and sales uplift in homegrown communities such as Glasgow and elsewhere in the UK and Ireland, a high proportion of its e-comm sales are now from US customers. VIEVE is set for its next phase of expansion, growing online sales and consideration of partnering with key retailers in the USA — and ILG is ready to support VIEVE every step of the way.
