When did you join ILG?

I joined ILG in October 2021.

Why did you join ILG?

I liked the fact that ILG are a fast-paced and growing business that had a lot of opportunities for progression.

Talk us through you career journey at ILG

I joined ILG as a Team Leader in October 2021, progressed to Section Manager in March 2022 and in November 2022 started a Warehouse Manager secondment that became a permanent role in February 2023.

What does your job involve?

As a Warehouse Manager the main duties of my role are to make sure all our customers stay within SLA and the warehouse is efficient and in budget. I also look at ways of improving our current processes and making the warehouse more efficient and to positively contribute to staff morale across the warehouse.

What training and development opportunities have you had at ILG?

I’ve attended several training courses since joining ILG; I’ve done coaching skills for managers, Excel intermediate, Kaizen 2.0, and am currently part way through the Yusen Management Development training program.
