Case Study! π Jones Road Beauty, founded in 2021 by US make-up artist and entrepreneur Bobbi Brown, saw rapid growth with orders tripling in its first year and doubling in the second. While hugely successful in the US, UK sales were slowed by higher shipping costs and longer delivery times from the US. In October 2022, ILG took over the UK e-commerce fulfilment operation, impressing Jones Road with our pick accuracy, meticulous warehouse management, and the clean, sustainable environment of our Gatwick facility.
