We’re excited to announce our partnership with InPost, the UK’s largest and most trusted out-of-home delivery network, to offer delivery to lockers for our client base.
This partnership means we can give our e-commerce clients access to one of the most flexible, convenient and sustainable delivery options available. With over 10,000 lockers across the UK, InPost makes it easier for consumers to pick up and return parcels when and where it suits them.
What This Means for ILG Customers:
- Choice: By offering locker delivery, customers have greater flexibility and control over when and how they receive their orders, helping to reduce the chances of missed deliveries, porch theft, or damage.
- Sustainability: There is an 81% reduction in carbon dioxide emissions on the last mile when using a locker vs to-door delivery*, so InPost’s consolidated drop-offs reduce emissions and help meet growing demand for more sustainable delivery solutions.
- Seamless Returns: InPost lockers also offer an easy and accessible way to return parcels, helping boost customer satisfaction and reducing fraudulent returns.
